My favorite X-men character is Gambit, aka Remy LeBeau. I love Cajun speak (the few times I've heard it, mostly on the public stations - yeah for cooking shows), and Cajun food. I love reading any good story about Gambit! And if it has Logan in it, all the better.

In recent months, I have become addicted to several anime fandoms as well as yaoi/shonen-ai manga. In particular, I enjoy reading in the fandoms: Weiss Kreuz (Youji/Aya pairing), Saiyuki (Gojyo/Sanzo pairing), and Gundam Wing (HeeroxDuo). But, I also read mangas that have been translated & published in the English language, such as Berserk, Saiyuki, Kizuna, Descendants of Darkness, as well as several others. It's my hope that I will eventually be able to write some stories in one or more of these other areas of interest, and perhaps even try my hand at some original fiction.

I am thankful for positive and/or constructive feedback. I struggle with self confidence issues and never think very highly of my writings, so a word or two from someone that liked the story is always appreciated. Writing the stories are an wonderful outlet and if others are enjoying them as well then it makes me feel good about it.

I think anyone who attempts to post a story for the public eye should be admired for the courage it takes to do so. And I respect authors who try to respond to those who send feedback. I always try whenever possible

Born and bred a Yorkshire lass, I have been living and working in the East Midlands for 15 years. 

Growing up as an only child encourages you to develop a vivid imagination and from an early age I developed an interest in science fiction and fantasy.

It wasn't until 2004, having spent the evening watching X-Men & X-Men2 on DVD that I re-aquainted myself with the wonderful Wolverine and the very gorgeous Hugh Jackman. I found myself searching for a few film stills on the internet for my desktop when that I came across Fan Fiction.  Finally plucking up the courage to email one wonderful author I found myself transported into a whole new world and with her encouragement began to read and eventually write X-Men fiction, focusing on the short, dark tufted one himself - Wolverine.

Since then, and with JB's help, I have discovered Slash fiction and have also found a release for my twisted imagination in the form of original adult works.
